Prefab homes

Matleoz is going to promote modular homes in Mexico and eventually, the entire South America markets.

A modular or prefab home is a house which is manufactured off-site in advance, under environmental control factory, usually in standard sections that can be easily shipped. In our case, shipped in containers from China to Mexico.

Each section will arrive at the site as separate prefabricated modules and will be neatly assembled on a traditional foundation system within weeks that are indistinguishable from comparable homes built on-site.

These homes will be built in a fast, low cost, modern style and up to local building codes. There will be no more surprises and over budget issues.
